The Analytical Glycotechnology Core (C) offers profiling of protein N- and O-linked glycans from mammalian cell, with highest priority given to pure human or murine cell populations. At present, Core C is able to analyze glycans containing sialic acids but not glycans modified by a charged substituent such as sulfate and phosphate. Core C plans to be able to analyze such charged glycans in the future, as well as glycans derived from glycolipids.
Resource requests submitted to the Analytical Glycotechnology Core (C) will be referred for evaluation to the Glycan Analysis Subcommittee, which will present the Steering Committee with a recommendation regarding approval.
