Antibodies to be screened on the Mammalian Glycan Array The discovery that the CFG printed mammalian glycan array can be used to define the specificity of glycan-specific antibodies in human sera opened up the possibility to evaluate the potential of glycan-specific antibodies as biomarkers for cancer. To this end, the CFG assessed the specificity of several commercial and non-commercial glycan-specific monoclonal antibodies to define their cross-reactivity with other epitopes. With a view of aiding investigators in the development of biomarkers for cancer, the data on the specificities of such antibodies can be found at the Primary screen Data page.
