Antibodies to be screened on the Mammalian Glycan Array The discovery that the CFG printed mammalian glycan array can be used to define the specificity of glycan-specific antibodies in human sera, has opened up a possibility to evaluate the potential of glycan-specific antibodies as biomarkers for cancer. To this end, the CFG plans to assess the specificity of commercial and non-commercial glycan-specific monoclonal antibodies to define their cross-reactivity with other epitopes. The glycan-specific antibodies from commercial and non-commercial antibody resources to be tested on the CFG mammalian glycan array are listed below. The data on the specificities of such antibodies will be posted to the CFG databases, with a view to aid investigators in the development of biomarkers for cancer. Data for antibodies that have been screened can be found at the Primary screen Data page. The table below is sorted by 'Source.'
