Sample was precomplexed with antibody: 29.4 ul Binding Buffer in a tube, added 35 ul sample and mixed, added 4.5 ul of anti-Strep mAb (sent by PI) and 1.1 ul Alexa488-labeled anti-mouse IgG (Invitrogen), mixed well, and incubated on ice for 20 minutes. The 7 ug HA precomplex was added to the slide for 2 hours at room temp.
