Experiment to be conducted : To refine the data on Burkholderia cenocepacia lectins obtain in the framework of request 1385. The four different lectins display different patterns, however, due to their high affinity, the data at lower concentration would me much interesting for testing the fine specificity. Concentration of 10 and 50 microgram/ml would be appropriate.
